Accompanied by Mr. Sarto Blouin of High-Rise Montreal (project partner), this prestigious award was presented by the founding president of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/propertyawards.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">International Property Awards<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Mr. Stuart Shields and Lord Thurso, member of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. The special event celebrating international winners took place at the Savoy Hotel in London on December 2, 2019.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After winning the <\/span><b>Best Residential High-Rise Development<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Best Marketing Development Awards<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Canada last October at the Canadian Property Awards, 1111 Atwater earned a place among the world\u2019s elite, ranking among the 5 finalists in the running for <\/span><b>Best International Residential High-Rise Development<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The winner of this category was the majestic Federation Tower project in<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moscow, which is 373.7 meters (1,226 feet) tall and valued at over C$1.5 billion.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is the first international recognition for EMD-Batimo, which celebrated its 25th anniversary last September.
