Nathalie Vanier celebrated her 20-year career at EMD-Batimo, but she has actually been with the company for more than 30 years. As the partner in life of Marc Dubuc, President of EMD Construction, Nathalie has seen this business develop firsthand. From the first shovel in the ground, and throughout the group’s impressive growth, she has contributed to the development of living environments that are designed to promote well-being and harmony.
Throughout her impressive career, Nathalie has designed several major projects and residences in collaboration with Chartwell, including our District 23 head office. With her keen eye for design, she brings EMD-Batimo’s signature style to life while adding her own personal touch. Working with her is a true pleasure!

District 23 celebrates an inspiring career
To celebrate this important milestone, we hosted a special event at our District 23 head office, which Nathalie beautifully designed. We surprised her with a trip down memory lane and staged the highlights of her career journey in the different common areas of our head office.
Along the way, Nathalie reconnected with her close ones, including family members, her first employer, several colleagues, and longtime partners. This symbolic journey allowed us to acknowledge her dedication, creativity, and significant contributions to the company’s projects.
