Involved in major projects as project manager and site supervisor, he was also instrumental in the successful management of several projects as client representative in the hospital setting. Recognized for his leadership and sound management of budgets and schedules, he also performs his tasks diligently and efficiently.

Bachelière en urbanisme, bilingue, cumulant plus de 15 années d’expérience pertinentes dans le milieu de l’immobilier, développement et la gestion de projets dont 10 ans comme directrice de projets immobiliers d’envergures chez DevMcGill. Reconnue pour son dynamisme, sa créativité et sa capacité d’adaptation, elle est très orientée vers l’atteinte des objectifs. Ayant travaillé pour le Groupe Altus, dans le redéveloppement de centre commercial et le développement d’immeuble à usage mixte avec l’équipe de développement de First Capital Realty et finalement en tant qu’associé fondateur de GDA Montréal. Reconnu pour son sens de l’analyse, sa créativité et sa capacité d’adaptation dans des projets non conventionnel, son expérience lui a permis d’acquérir une solide base dans plusieurs aspects du développement immobilier.

Impliqué dans des projets d’envergures à titre de chargé de projets et surveillant de chantier, il a su aussi relever avec succès la gestion de plusieurs projets comme représentant du client dans le milieu hospitalier. Reconnu pour son leadership, sa gestion serrée des budgets et des échéanciers, il exécute aussi ces tâches avec diligence et efficacité.

Frédéric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a certified appraiser, with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector as an appraiser. He previously worked for the Altus Group, was actively involved in the redevelopment of shopping centres and the development of mixed-used buildings with the First Capital Realty development team, and was a founding partner of GDA Montréal. Recognized for his analytical skills, creativity and ability to adapt in non-conventional projects, his experience allowed him to gain considerable knowledge and skills in several aspects related to property development.

Responsible for planning and coordinating organizational strategic transformation projects, she oversees talent acquisition within the company. Ensuring the constant improvement of internal procedures and processes, she is active in promoting organizational culture and values throughout the company. Actively involved in the development of her community, she is part of various committees and boards of directors.

Marc Dubuc has been President and Head of the Construction and Development Department of EMD Construction since 1998. He has been working in the construction industry for over 29 years and directs the construction work while coordinating the work of architects and engineers. Over the years, he has showcased his leadership talent in order to build his construction business while consistently being on the lookout for new trends and market needs.

Ayant participé à la création de divers projets en développement économique et en entrepreneuriat, elle est une femme d'action qui aime relever des défis ambitieux et faire preuve d'audace pour atteindre les résultats. Responsable de la planification et de la coordination de projets de transformation stratégique organisationnelle, elle s’occupe de l’acquisition de talents au sein de l’entreprise. Veillant à l’amélioration constante des procédures et procédés internes, elle s’active à promouvoir la culture organisationnelle et les valeurs dans l’ensemble de l’entreprise. Impliquée activement dans le développement de sa collectivité, elle s’investit dans divers comités et conseils d’administration.
