Presentation to MBA Students of Schulich School of Business – York University

It was at the sales office of 1111 Atwater that Francis Charron, president of Batimo and vice-president of EMD Construction, welcomed more than 20 MBA students from the Schulich School of Business – York University of Toronto.

Much has been written about the 1111 Atwater victory.

This week, two articles were published in the media regarding the 1111 Atwater’s victory at the AMERCIAS PROPERTY AWARDS.

Reconnu pour son leadership, sa gestion serrée des budgets et des échéanciers, il exécute aussi ces tâches avec diligence et efficacité.

Frédéric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a certified appraiser, with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector as an appraiser. He previously worked for the Altus Group, was actively involved in the redevelopment of shopping centres and the development of mixed-used buildings with the First Capital Realty development team, and was a founding partner of GDA Montréal. Recognized for his analytical skills, creativity and ability to adapt in non-conventional projects, his experience allowed him to gain considerable knowledge and skills in several aspects related to property development.
