Benoit Fiset

Architectural technologist with more than 35 years of experience in the construction field, including more than 15 years working for architectural firms. Involved in major projects as project manager and site supervisor, he was also instrumental in the successful management of several projects as client representative in the hospital setting. Recognized for his leadership and sound management of budgets and schedules, he also performs his tasks diligently and efficiently.


Virginie Brosseau-Ménard
Vice-présidente finance opérationnelle

Bachelière en urbanisme, bilingue, cumulant plus de 15 années d’expérience pertinentes dans le milieu de l’immobilier, développement et la gestion de projets dont 10 ans comme directrice de projets immobiliers d’envergures chez DevMcGill. Reconnue pour son dynamisme, sa créativité et sa capacité d’adaptation, elle est très orientée vers l’atteinte des objectifs. Elle fait preuve de leadership et elle est une excellente communicatrice et négociatrice.


Virginie Brosseau-Ménard

Bachelor in urban planning, bilingual, cumulating more than 15 years of relevant experience in the field of real estate, development and project management, including 10 years as director of major real estate projects at DevMcGill. Recognized for her dynamism, her creativity and her ability to adapt, she is very oriented towards the achievement of objectives. She demonstrates leadership and is an excellent communicator and negotiator.

Titulaire d’une technique en architecture, cumulant plus de 35 années d’expériences dans le domaine de la construction, dont plus de 15 ans dans des firmes d’architectes. Impliqué dans des projets d’envergures à titre de chargé de projets et surveillant de chantier, il a su aussi relever avec succès la gestion de plusieurs projets comme représentant du client dans le milieu hospitalier. Reconnu pour son leadership, sa gestion serrée des budgets et des échéanciers, il exécute aussi ces tâches avec diligence et efficacité.

Francis Charron is President of Batimo and acts as a developer and real estate promoter. Mr. Charron holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering and has been working in construction for over 20 years. Known and recognized as an innovator and vibrant pioneer, he was actively involved in the impressive development of EMD Construction, the construction company in which he has been associated with Marc Dubuc for over 15 years and acts as Vice President.

Marc Dubuc has been President and Head of the Construction and Development Department of EMD Construction since 1998. He has been working in the construction industry for over 29 years and directs the construction work while coordinating the work of architects and engineers. Over the years, he has showcased his leadership talent in order to build his construction business while consistently being on the lookout for new trends and market needs.

C’est à titre de président que Marc Dubuc supervise et dirige le département de construction et d’aménagement d’EMD Construction depuis 1998. Œuvrant dans le domaine de la construction depuis plus de 29 ans, il dirige les travaux de chantier et coordonne le travail des architectes et des ingénieurs. Au fil des ans, il a su mettre en valeur son talent de leadership pour bâtir son entreprise de construction en s’assurant de toujours être à l’affût des nouvelles tendances et des réels besoins du marché.

Connu et reconnu comme un innovateur et un précurseur dynamique, il a participé activement au développement fulgurant d’EMD Construction, la compagnie de construction où il est associé avec Marc Dubuc depuis plus de 15 ans et y agit en tant que vice-président.
