The Lib banner continues to grow in Quebec by developing an innovative concept for individuals aged 55 and older that meets the specific needs of active retirees and semi-retirees, who want to sell their homes but are not ready to move into a seniors’ residence. This business model is perfect for the market with its two new locations, adding 337 units to the rental market. These projects are part of our efforts with the Fonds de solidarité FTQ to mitigate the impacts of the housing shortage.
