On May 18, the groundbreaking ceremony took place, officially launching the construction of 178 social and affordable housing units for seniors in Longueuil as part of the Habitations Paul‑Pratt project.
These new homes will allow older adults to remain close to their loved ones in a safe living environment designed to meet their needs—a project thoughtfully coordinated by the social enterprise Bâtir son quartier.
At EMD‑Batimo, we are especially proud to be involved as the builder in this meaningful project, fully aligned with our values of commitment, inclusion, and creating sustainable, people‑focused living environments.
We would like to sincerely thank the Ville de Longueuil for its trust and collaboration in bringing this important initiative to life for the community.
