1111 Atwater reaches new heights

EMD-Batimo is proud to announce that, for a second year in a row, we have been honoured of winning the CANADIAN PROPERTY AWARDS, this time for the 1111 Atwater project.

These prestigious prizes are awarded by an international jury based in London to projects that stand out in architecture, real estate development and design. After winning the Best Development Residential for Chartwell L’Envol in Quebec City in 2018, EMD-Batimo and its partners, Claridge and Les immeubles High-Rise Montréal, received two awards on October 3 in Toronto for the 1111 Atwater project in Montreal.

The 1111 Atwater reaches the highest requirements this year as Best Development Marketing and Best Residential High-Rise Development across Canada and is now aiming for even higher heights with its two nominations for the America portion of the INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY AWARDS competition in London.
