Prix Habitat Design — ELEVA: an iconic project
Our rental condominium complex for active retirees won the prestigious 2022 Prix Habitat Design.
Thanks to the exceptional work of our partners, NEUF architectes and interior design firm Prêt à vivre par Clairoux, ELEVA received the Jury’s Choice award in the model unit and shared spaces category, which included more than 17 finalists.
The 208 stunning rental condominiums, including 50 prestige units ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms, are located between the 4th and 29th floors. Each apartment was thoughtfully designed with impeccable features meeting the standards of modern living in the heart of Montreal.
